Dale joined New York Life in 2007, working as an advisor until 2013, during which time he achieved multiple Executive Councils, Presidents Council, and qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table.

Dale was promoted to Partner in 2013. In 2016 he was recognized as the top Partner in the company. By 2017 he achieved Senior Partner status while winning trophies for New Org Retention, Management Development, and the Life Award of Excellence.

In 2018, Dale became Managing Partner of the Eastern Washington General Office. In 2021, the Eastern Washington office earned the President’s trophy, as well as awards for EVP for New Org Sales, Agent Growth, Life Award of Excellence, and Long-Term Care. In 2018 Eastern Washington was the #58 office in the company and 2024 it had grown to #24 and a tier 1 office.

Dale grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and went to college at Quinnipiac University in Connecticut where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and was captain of the men’s basketball team. He and his wife, Christina, have two children, Lillian and Hudson. Dale and his family love spending time in the outdoors, especially hiking and boating. He also likes traveling, enjoying great food and sampling good wine.
